Shipping policy
All purchases come with $100USD worth of insurance and tracking information. USPS requires it.
If your order did not arrive on the date shown via tracking information, travel to your local post office with your tracking information to collect your insurance.
Shipping takes between  3-5days Business Days.
Products that were damaged during the shipping process must be left in its damaged shipping packaging. Pictures must be submitted alongside your order number, to receive a replacement order.  Â
 Yas Kosmeticz LLC is not responsible for wrongly input address information.Â
Note: Your order will be sent to the address YOU entered during the time of purchase!Â
Yas Kosmeticz LLC will only send replacement orders for orders that have been damaged, or lost during the shipping process. USPS updates their system with that information.Â
Note: Your Tracking information is your best friend, when orders are shipped Yas Kosmeticz LLC has no control over where your order is delivered. That falls on USPS AND THE CARRIER. Contact your local post office to resolve the issue.
YOU HAVE 24 HOURS AFTER THE ESTIMATED DAY OF ARRIVAL TO CONTACT US ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER. Please Be aware, Yas Kosmeticz LLC will not cover the cost of the shipping label, if refund is awarded.Â
